About the Company

Our client is a highly successful Australian manufacturer based in Nathalia, Northern Victoria. They produce unique, high-performance industrial systems, supported by advanced automation and modern facilities. The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will oversee production, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and maintenance. With around 15 direct and indirect reports, this role will focus on driving efficiency, procurement discipline, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Senior operations or production leader, ideally with supply chain experience.
• Strong track record in efficiency improvement and team leadership.
• Comfortable managing change while keeping culture positive.
• Commercially aware: understands procurement and stock management.
• Collaborative, practical, and committed to quality and safety.
