The Role

As Contract Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of facility management agreements and a range of project delivery contracts. You’ll manage contract performance, compliance, financials, and stakeholder relationships while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing outsourced FM services contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery

Overseeing contract performance management, reporting, variations, and extensions

Leading and mentoring a small team, including a Senior Contract Administrator

Building strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and cost efficiency

Supporting project delivery through effective vendor and procurement management

About You

We are seeking a senior professional with strong expertise in leading how an organisation manages an external FM service provider efficiently and effectively. You will be comfortable digging into the detail with vendors daily, as well as being able to step back and take a strategic view when required. You will also be able to mentor a small internal team and provide value to the broader executive through your knowledge and advice.

What you’ll bring:

Significant experience in contract management, ideally across facilities management and capital projects

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and compliance principles

Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced service providers and complex agreements

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

Proven leadership and mentoring capability

Strong reporting, communication, and dispute resolution skills
