About the role

GMHS' is seeking a highly capable Delivery Operations Manager to join our team in Epping, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and optimising the delivery operations of our all projects and team, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day delivery operations of all projects

Develop and implement efficient delivery strategies and processes to meet project timelines and budgets

Liaise with project managers, crew leaders, crew and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any delivery-related issues

Manage the allocation and utilisation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials

Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and implement best practices

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a similar delivery operations management role within the water utility or power utility industry

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment

Excellent people management and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with construction planning and scheduling software

Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field

Aroflo competency will be useful
