About the Company

Our client is a highly successful Australian manufacturer of specialised industrial products, supplying unique, high-performance systems across the country and now expanding into international markets. With advanced automation, modern facilities, and a strong service footprint, the business continues to grow and innovate from its headquarters in Northern Victoria.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will oversee production, supply chain management, warehousing, logistics, and maintenance. With around 15 direct and indirect reports, this role will drive production efficiency, procurement discipline, and continuous improvement across the business.

About You

• Senior manufacturing operations leader with supply chain and production expertise.
• Strong process improvement / continuous improvement experience.
• Skilled at leading and developing teams while managing performance.
• Commercially sharp: understands procurement, supplier negotiations, and stock accuracy.
• Practical, disciplined, and collaborative leader.
