XRF Chemicals is a global supplier of high-quality sample preparation consumables.

We are currently looking for an experienced sales administrator to join the team at our production facility in Osborne Park.

About the role:

This is a key role that supports both the operational and financial functions of our business.

- Sales administration for both domestic & international customers

- Processing invoices

- Uploading documents onto customer portals

- Maintaining a digital filing system

- General office administration

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years in a similar role

- Ability to work independently & prioritise tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

- Prior experience with Pronto will be highly regarded

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
