An exciting opportunity has become available in our business!

The role of Administration and Sales Coordinator is available in our team. This is a role that is highly valued in the company, and rarely becomes available, the role reports directly to the Sales Manager of the group.

The role is permanent part time and based on a 20-25 hour, 4-day work week. Ideally the days of work would be Tuesday to Friday 11.30am-4.30pm, this can be further discussed with candidates to meet the needs of the right person for the role.

The role is core to our group having great communication with our valued customers and the candidate should have the following skills to apply.

- Planning and organising skills

- Customer service skills and mindset

- Ability to anticipate implications of operational decisions and plan accordingly

- Positive phone and email manner

The right candidate will have the ability to use or will be show capacity to be trained on the following core platforms to fulfill the role obligations

- MYOB sales entry

- Excel spreadsheet data entry / update

- Outlook email

- Office suite such as Word and Excel (basic)

The sales and administration office are located on the production and logistics site based in Serpentine WA, and for this reason the candidate will need their own reliable transport to attend work as public transport to the location is limited.
