Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage key business tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing and sending invoices
· Processing payroll
· Managing banking tasks and reconciliations
· Ordering office and operational supplies
· General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or other admin software
· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred (but not required):
· Background in accounting or bookkeeping
· Previous experience using MYOB
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours available to suit the right candidate. The ability to step up to full time hours to cover annual leave is a necessity.
