We’re on the search for a confident, connected, and design-savvy Business Development Manager who’s ready to elevate our brand, nurture meaningful relationships, and drive growth in all the right places.

You’ll be the face of TICATI, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners who expect nothing less than excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Drive sales across carpet, timber, tiles, and stone collections
Meet clients on-site to present tailored solutions
Convert tenders, quotes, and pricing into approved jobs
Grow relationships with builders, architects, and designers
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
To Be Successful
Experience in BDM, sales, or account management (flooring or related industry preferred, however, not a necessity)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Confident, clear communicator with professional presentation
Ability to identify client needs and offer effective solutions
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Solid understanding of quoting and tender processes
Well-organised with strong follow-up habits
Current valid driver’s licence.
