Business Development Manager – Electrical & Trade Solutions

Our client, a long-standing technical solutions provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to assist in their current growth phase. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in the electrical and electrotechnology sectors who enjoys working with trade professionals and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and trade professionals

Identify sales opportunities for electrical and electrotechnology products

Provide tailored advice and solutions to customers

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Skills & Experience

Experience in business development, sales, or account management in the electrical sector

Hands-on experience with electrical equipment

Background in dealing with trade professionals

Exposure to electrotechnology

Previous experience as an electrical estimator (desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the road
