About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across three key business lines: architectural & decorative lighting, signage solutions, and innovative surface materials. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with experience in project-based sales and an existing network within the design and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Your role will include:
New Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with designers, architects, developers, and consultants to build meaningful business relationships.
Reactivation of Existing Leads: Leverage our customer database to introduce additional product categories and foster repeat business.
Cross-Selling & Full-Scope Projects: Promote integrated solutions across lighting, signage, and materials to shift clients from single-product orders to full-project collaborations.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with in-house designers, technical teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions.
Professional Brand Representation: Uphold and communicate the company's brand values in all client-facing interactions.

✔ Proven experience in B2B sales within lighting, architectural products, or related sectors
✔ Strong connections with designers, architects, or developers
