Position: Business Development Manager – North/West Melbourne

Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners. This role requires you to work closely with key decision-makers, utilising strong communication skills to build lasting relationships. A consultative B2B sales approach, critical thinking, and the ability to execute tailored solutions strategies will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business partnership opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.

Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships.

Apply critical thinking and strategic planning to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in executing successful development strategies.

Experience in the waste or recycling industry is preferred but not essential.

Goal-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.

Ideally, if you are from North/West Melbourne.
