With both casual and part-time positions available, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Australia’s most loved book retailers.

✨ About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of our store, helping customers find their next great read, providing recommendations, and ensuring every visit is a welcoming experience. Daily duties include:

Delivering excellent customer service and building connections with readers.

Assisting with sales, point-of-sale transactions, and store presentation.

Stock management, including unpacking deliveries and maintaining displays.

Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Reliable, flexible, and able to work across a roster that may include weekends and evenings.
