Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and service-driven Casual or Part-Time Golf Operations Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
This customer-facing role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure our members and guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience. Duties include:

Greeting and assisting members and guests

Managing tee time bookings and check-ins

Golf cart preparation, cleaning, and maintenance

Assisting with the setup and coordination of competitions and events

Pro shop support, including retail and general enquiries

General upkeep of the golf operations area

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Interest in golf, training will be provided to the right applicant (knowledge of the game)

Experience with MiClub (preferred but not essential)

Reliable, flexible, and willing to work weekends

A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Passion for golf or sporting environments (preferred but not essential)
