Carpet Flooring Group are retailers for floor coverings, blinds (indoor / outdoor) & rugs. Stores are located in Kyneton, Gisborne, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Sunbury, Bendigo, Kilmore, Wallan, Kerang & Koondrook.

Carpet Flooring Group are looking for an employee to work across multiple stores. Based in Kyneton on a daily basis from approximately 10am to 2pm depending on demand. When required relieving both annual & personal leave in stores nearby for full working days. A drivers licence is essential along with the ability to commit to working a full day when required.

To be part of our team you will need to be computer literate eg word, excel, google drive & email, knowledge of accounting packages, calendars & one note, have excellent customer service skills within the retail sector eg flooring, blinds, home furnishings etc. The ability to work unsupervised is a must as the role does require the successful candidate to be working alone at times. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role with support provided from our team members throughout our stores in central Victoria.

Order stock & co-ordinate installations

Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven working experience in retail sales

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service focus

Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Basic administration skills
