About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time casual basis at Doogood Surface Coatings' in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a casual position, providing coverage for our front desk as required Monday - Friday. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or department

Providing general administrative support, including mailbox management, data entry, filing, and managing stationery supplies

Coordinating meeting room bookings, meeting agendas and minutes

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced office environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office
