Role Overview:

As a Senior Eyelash Extension Specialist, you'll be a key player in our salon, responsible for providing expert eyelash extension services and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction. This casual, part-time or full time position offers flexible hours with a competitive pay rate above the award, making it a perfect opportunity for a skilled professional seeking a rewarding role in a supportive and stylish setting. For the right candidate we can work with you and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.

Lash Lift and Tint knowledge preferred however if not we are happy to train you.

Brow sculpt and tint experienced favoured.

Assess clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations for lash extension styles and aftercare.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace in accordance with salon hygiene standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure top-notch service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat business.

Assist with salon operations, including inventory management and product ordering as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hand made volume eyelash extensions, with a strong portfolio of work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently however in saying that we allow ample time for our clients so they receive the full service without rushing or feeling that their therapist is under pressure.

Relevant certifications and training in eyelash extensions and beauty services.

Amazing attitude to take on board our processes that we know work well and satisfies our customers expectations.
