Permanent Part-Time Property & Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and capable person to assist with gardening, landscaping, carpentry, outdoor upkeep, and general property maintenance on a permanent part-time basis on an existing home on 2900sqm block that requires maintenance, restoration and improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety, with consistent weekday hours and above-award pay.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 10:00am (10 hrs per week)

Duties include:

General yard work – sweeping, weeding, leaf cleanup, tree pruning, etc.

Garden upkeep and outdoor tidying

Basic handyman tasks and minor repairs

Assisting with general house maintenance

Pool maintenance

Landscaping, light excavation, replacing retaining walls

Decking and paving

Carpentry, plumbing, painting, and renovation support

About You:

Reliable and punctual

Practical, hands-on and comfortable with outdoor work

Able to handle basic maintenance and handyman duties

Experience with carpentry and landscaping

Trustworthy and organised

Previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, labouring, or trades a bonus
