The role

We're searching for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at Terry White Chemmart Cheltenham in Cheltenham, VIC 3192. As a part-time role, this position offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers

Assisting the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications

Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked

Handling cash and card transactions with care and precision

Adhering to all relevant pharmacy policies, procedures and legal requirements

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the pharmacy

What we're looking for

S2/S3 training preferred

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and customers

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality care

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Proficiency in using FRED management systems preferred

Availability for Saturday morning shifts
