With two thriving showrooms located in Bayswater and Oakleigh, we are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join us at both locations.

About the Role:
We are seeking customer-focused individuals to support our showroom teams in Bayswater and Oakleigh. This is a casual position, ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, an eye for interior finishes, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play an essential role in helping them choose the right flooring for their homes or commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

Understand customer needs and provide tailored flooring advice

Prepare and follow up on quotes

Maintain a tidy and organised showroom space

Support administrative tasks as required

Learn and stay up to date with our product range and pricing

About You:

Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Confidence using computers (training provided for our systems)

Availability on weekends or weekdays depending on roster needs

Willing to work at either location if required (optional but preferred)
