About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with horticultural knowledge and retail experience to fill a permanent part-time position. This role includes three weekdays plus every second weekend. As a retail nursery, weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to customers, helping them choose the right plants for the right positions to achieve their desired outcomes.

Assist with the maintenance, presentation, and replenishment of stock.

Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving stock—nursery work involves being on your feet and active throughout the day.

Requirements:

Previous experience in horticulture and retail is highly desirable.

Strong plant knowledge and a genuine passion for gardening and outdoor living.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility and availability during peak seasons, especially spring through to Christmas.
