We are a small, locally run home care organisation, providing support to older adults living in their homes.

We're currently seeking a skilled and organised Scheduler to join our team in Balcatta, WA. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our valued clients and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating, negotiating and scheduling daily staffing allocations to ensure all shifts are filled.

· Assigning support workers and adjusting rosters as client needs change

· Communicating clearly with care managers, clients, and the broader team to ensure seamless service

delivery

· Using scheduling software, Lookout, to manage shifts and optimise daily and long-term scheduling plans

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally in aged care or disability support

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational abilities and time management skills – you thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Confidence using scheduling software and tech tools

· A team-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
