About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Joyce Kitchens in our Osborne Park office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure the successful and timely delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules

Collaborate with site supervisors, and subcontractors to gather and incorporate schedule inputs

Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and delays, proposing solutions to keep projects on track

Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to the management team

Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour and equipment, to optimise project efficiency

Continuously look for ways to improve scheduling processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Scheduler or Planning Coordinator in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methods

Proficient in using scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, or equivalent

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of project stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is highly desirable
