🔧 The Opportunity: Scheduler

We’re looking for a skilled Scheduler with at least 2 years' experience in residential construction to join our Scheduling Team in Osborne Park. If you love detail, thrive on structure, and want to play a key role in bringing dream homes to life — this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain project schedules using internal systems

Generate accurate Bills of Quantities from the company Price Book

Coordinate with suppliers and departments for timely material orders

Monitor department performance and support build targets

Analyse cost controls and assist in invoice approvals

Troubleshoot scheduling issues and escalate when needed

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar scheduling role

Solid understanding of residential construction processes

Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Great communication and teamwork mindset

Databuild and Microsoft Excel experience (highly regarded)
