Rise has an opening for our next Scheduler to join our passionate and people-focused team. You’ll be the mastermind behind matching our amazing clients with equally amazing support staff, ensuring every shift is smooth, efficient, and meaningful.
This is full-time position based at our Helen’s Place office (Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy some work-from-home flexibility. You must be available Monday to Friday (6am to 8pm) to cover three shifts, 0600 - 1406, 0800 - 1606 and 1154 – 2000. Weekend working may be required in the future on a rotational basis.
🙌What you’ll be doing…
Rostering in our customer management system ensuring appropriately skilled staff are matched to clients to provide support in accordance with the client’s individual support plan.
Optimising rosters to minimise travel time and ensure compliance with the award e.g. break times, rostering to the workers agreed hours of work, minimum shift length, etc
Making roster changes for clients based on change of client or staff circumstances
Keeping everyone in the loop, updating staff and clients via phone or email when rosters change.
Taking and making calls like a pro, handling a high volume of enquiries and requests, then taking prompt action to keep things running like clockwork.
👉🏼 The need-to-have…
Scheduling or resource allocation experience is desirable (bonus points for community settings or NDIS)
Confidence with admin tasks, written communication and tech (including Microsoft Office)
Skills to build strong relationships and adapt communication style to suit different scenarios or client/staff needs
Team-focused and self-driven - confident working independently with remote support, but also able to thrive as part of a collaborative team.
Process pro, you follow routines and procedures with ease, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
