The role

This full-time Scheduler/Operations role with Smart Security in East Victoria Park, Perth WA is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of the company's service team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects for our customers. You will play an integral part of the service team providing support and working closely with our Team to provide all of our clients with exceptional service.

Defined growth pathway from Scheduling to Operations Manager within 12–18 months.

Key responsibilities

Liase with customers to understand their service needs and schedule work accordingly.

Manage the scheduling and dispatch of service technician to job sites.

Monitor job progress and communicate with customers on status updates.

Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.

Maintain records of job schedules, labour/stock utilisation and customer interactions on our Software.

Provide high-quality customer service and act as a primary point of contact for customers.

Support the wider administrative and operational needs of the business as required.

Maintain and fairly rotate the technician on-call roster

What we're looking for

Admin and scheduling experience in a trade-based business (security highly preferred).

Friendly, focused and responsible.

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-pressure environments.

Confident communicator, capable of liaising with tradesmen, suppliers, and clients at all levels.

Experience using scheduling software Aroflo is desired but not necessary. Training to be provided.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You must be a permanent resident.
