The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Document register
- Archiving files
- Internal/external mail
- Overseeing debtors control
- Providing support to lawyers
- Liaison with clients and colleagues
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Admin/Accounts in a legal setting
- Experience with Leap Legal software is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Accurate typing abilities
- Capacity to follow verbal and written instructions
