Gift Fulfilment & Admin Assistant Part-time (3-4 days)
Style Bundle is an innovative provider of customised B2B gift solutions focused on helping businesses grow their brand connection with their customers. We do this by providing design, procurement and logistics services so businesses can send their customers high impact gifts that are on-brand and create positive sentiment and referral.
Due to business growth and upcoming peak period, we are looking for a new permanent part-time Gift Fulfilment team member for 3 or 4 days per week. We also have some fixed term PT contracts available for October -December 2025.
About the role
The Style Bundle Gift Fulfilment Assistant works within our Pick-Pack & Dispatch team at our Melbourne warehouse in Croydon South. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management from pick-pack, dispatch and deliveries.

You a confident self-starter with great attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience? Do you have strong computer skills? You enjoy multi tasking and working in a fast paced environment.
You’re flexible, adaptable and love wearing different hats. You’re comfortable working in a small business environment & like to have a laugh but you equally know how to get down to business. No formal qualifications are required for this role, aside from a can-do attitude and being action orientated. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for dispatching support. There is career progression for the right person.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
At a high level, you will be responsible for preparation of all orders; picking, packing and getting orders ready for our couriers to collect and packing down and cleaning up. Booking in freight is also part of the role. There is a requirement to learn to operate the walkie stacker and also to undertake administration tasks using an ipad and laptop.
Preparation, Packing of Orders & Dispatch
Manage the preparation of all orders (including inventory picking, packing client bundles, preparing shippers & pallets for dispatch)
Ensure all orders are created and executed to our high level of Style Bundle standards
Admin support to the Warehouse Manager with booking in shipping and dispatching of parcels and pallets and other administration tasks using Shopify and Freight booking systems including Australia Post, Startrack and Ready to Ship.
Team & Communication
Communicate with the Warehouse Lead at all times to keep transparency on progress and any problems that may arise
Help to foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment, work efficiently but with high levels of accuracy and care

Skills & Experience
Strong computer skills are required for the permanent PT role, especially in Excel, Google sheets, CSV files
Highly organised and calm under pressure – must be able to work effectively and problem solve in a fast paced environment
You are efficient in how you work and agile if workflow changes
You are fit and strong (you need to be on your feet most of the day and be able to lift and carry up to 20kgs)

Strong communicator with a high attention to detail
