Join our dynamic team as a hybrid Office Clerk & Personal Assistant. This multifaceted role supports day-to-day office operations and serves as a reliable bilingual (English–Chinese) assistant, contributing to both administrative and communications tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and maintain office filing systems, physical and digital (e.g., document filing, archival)
Compile and tidy information and data, including staff work hours, timekeeping/clock-in records, and other administrative logs
Possess basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Australian accounting principles (e.g., invoicing, petty cash, bookkeeping basics)
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other common office tools
Serve as a personal assistant handling tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling, preparing presentations/documents, and liaising with team members
Assist with copywriting and promotional materials, including drafting emails, internal newsletters, posters, and flyers — in both English and Chinese
Candidate Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
Previous experience in office administration, data entry, or personal assistant roles preferred
Basic understanding of Australian accounting standards, including familiarity with BAS, GST, or payroll processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a small-team environment
