What You’ll Do

Schedule and allocate daily jobs for our Perth plumbing team

Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates

Coordinate with plumbers, suppliers, and management to keep work flowing

Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time

Assist with office administration and customer service as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous scheduling, dispatch, or rostering experience (trade services ideal)

Strong organisational skills and cool under pressure

Excellent phone and client communication skills

Comfortable with scheduling/job management software (Ascora, SimPRO, or similar)

Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
