We're looking for an experienced and proactive scheduler to join our maintenance division and help keep our plumbing teams running on time and jobs delivered efficiently.

This is an office-based role in a family-run commercial plumbing company, working closely with our Maintenance Manager to manage job bookings, assign labour across sites, and coordinate schedules using Simpro.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing daily and weekly technician schedules across Perth sites
- Booking and coordinating planned maintenance, call-outs, and urgent jobs
- Communicating with clients about bookings, updates, and rescheduling
- Working closely with our Maintenance Manager and site plumbers
- Handling job changes and rescheduling using Simpro
- Keeping schedules and job notes up to date with accuracy

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or service admin (trade or maintenance background a bonus)
- A clear, professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and great follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep a calm head when plans change
- Comfortable with admin systems and data entry (Simpro experience is ideal, but not required)
- Australian work rights (permanent residency or citizenship preferred)
