Our Perth HQ is where the magic happens and we’re looking for a skilled Senior Ecomm & Marketing Assistant to help drive our next stage of growth.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Ecommerce and Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Flex Fitness Equipment in Wangara, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce and marketing initiatives that drive the success of this leading fitness equipment supplier.

What you'll be doing

Updating and managing our Shopify website, including product listings, layout updates, and optimization

Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms

Be the on-camera host in content shoots (product demos, promos, reels, TikToks, livestreams, and more)

Support the creation of email, social, and digital ad content with the marketing team.

Monitor stock, update product availability, and ensure website accuracy.

Monitoring performance metrics and helping with marketing reports

Working collaboratively with a friendly, motivated, and design-focused team

What we're looking for

Proven experience with Shopify (website management, not just basic use)

Strong skills in marketing and content creation

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging visuals, posts, and videos across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok)

Video editing skills, SEO knowledge, and a portfolio showcasing previous work are a plus.

Comfortable using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track and improve campaign performance.

A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

A genuine interest in the fitness industry is an advantage.
