We’re All Glass Cleaning—Perth’s friendliest (and busiest) window and solar panel cleaning company. After nearly 20 years in business, we’re finally bringing on a dedicated marketing human to help us grow—and we want it to be fun, not corporate.

This is a 2-day-a-week casual role to start, ideally in-house at our Fremantle/O'Connor warehouse. It could grow into more if it’s a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating fresh, engaging content (posts, videos, reels, etc.)

Helping us stand out on Facebook, Instagram & Google Business

Writing the odd email blast (we’ve got the contact list ready to go)

Coming up with creative ideas to promote solar panel cleaning and commercial window cleaning

Potentially filming or editing content (we’ll feed you footage to start—but bonus points if you can shoot your own!)

Giving our website a visual refresh (we want someone with taste, not someone who writes code)

Helping shape how we look and feel to Perth

You might be the one if:

Canva is your happy place

You love coming up with creative ideas and turning them into great content

You’ve made social reels or videos (and enjoyed it)

You’re not afraid to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney to brainstorm and speed things up

You’ve dabbled in running ads—or are keen to learn

You’re organised but not rigid

You get things done without being chased

The vibe:

Casual role (2 days/week to start)

Ideally in-house at our O'Connor office (you’ll have your own desk and coffee mug)

Flexible which days you work

Room to grow with us if it’s a great fit

We’re friendly, fast-moving, and love people who take initiative

Bonus if you:

Have edited videos in CapCut, Camtasia or similar

Know how to shoot half-decent photos or clips

Have run Meta or Google Ads before

Understand a little SEO (not essential)
