As a Social Media Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Marketing:

Creating engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.

Managing and monitoring social media channels to respond to comments and messages promptly.

Analysing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Sales and Customer Service:

Interacting with customers in-person and online, providing excellent customer service.

Promoting products and services to potential customers.

Handling sales transactions and processing payments.

Physical Demands:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

General Duties:

Assisting with general office tasks as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing and sales.
