About the Role

We’re looking for someone kind, capable, and motivated to join us as a Marketing & Growth Assistant, someone who shares in our mission to make a true difference and is excited to help us grow. In this role, you’ll support both brands with outreach, communication, and helping us stay connected and visible in the community.

This part-time role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone seeking flexible, meaningful work. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director to coordinate marketing activities, support event promotions, and help strengthen how we connect with our community and sector.

This is a hands-on role with purpose, and plenty of room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with marketing and communication activities across both organisations

Coordinate and support social media

Help promote upcoming expos, workshops, and community events

Support outreach and relationship-building with key partners

Assist with branding and growth-related tasks

Contribute ideas and help bring them to life in practical ways

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is kind, reliable, compassionate and people-focused

Has (or is completing) a certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

Is proactive, well-organised, and happy to work independently

Communicates clearly and confidently, both online and in person

Is curious about the aged care, disability, or dementia sectors

Will be a great fit for our close-knit, values-aligned team

You don’t need to know everything, we’re happy to support the right person to grow in the role.

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Relevant certificate or degree (or working toward one)

Full Australian working rights

Basic digital skills (email, Canva, social media, etc.)
