InStyle Ceramics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join our passionate team. Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys combining creativity with practical execution.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Updating and managing our Shopify website, including product listings, layout updates, and optimization

Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms

Creating engaging digital content, including email marketing, blog posts, and social media

Monitoring performance metrics and helping with marketing reports

Supporting day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks

Working collaboratively with a friendly, motivated, and design-focused team

✅ What You Bring

Proven experience with Shopify (website management, not just basic use)

Strong skills in marketing and content creation

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or Klaviyo)

A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

The ability to take direction while also working independently and contributing ideas

Bonus: Background or interest in interiors, design, or ceramics
