We’re Bright Red Marketing, a boutique eCommerce Marketing Agency who love our clients, our bad puns, and getting epic results. We’re growing, and we need an organised, detail-loving human to join us.
Here’s the deal:
This is an admin-heavy role to start. Think uploading ads, editing spreadsheets, sorting images and videos, approving files, proofing copy, and keeping our back-end systems neat as a pin. If you’ve got marketing experience, even better. If you’re the right fit, we can grow you into client management and creative strategy over time.
If you’re the kind of person who gets a kick out of ticking things off a list, triple-checking the details, and sorting and organising, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing (to start):
Uploading ads into multiple client accounts in Meta Ads Manager
Reviewing, tagging, and organising client files (images/videos)
Editing spreadsheets and updating back-end systems
Proofreading ad copy and creative
Light research on clients and competitors for inspiration
As you grow into the role, you could also:
Assist in setting up ad structures for new clients
Join brainstorming sessions for campaigns
Take on elements of account management and creative strategy
The boring but important bits:
2 days per week to start – Monday & Wednesday – approx. 12–15 hours/week
Casual rate: $30–$35/hr + super (depending on experience)
Work from home – must be available online during business hours
Must be close enough to the Gold Coast for quarterly in-person team days
You’ll need your own computer and reliable internet
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience setting up ads in Meta Ads Manager (but we are more than happy to train this part)
Are confident with admin and organising digital assets
Have great grammar and an eagle eye for detail
Learn quickly and follow processes without missing a step
Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Love a well-organised system (and maybe colour-coded folders…)
Have a friendly, positive vibe and can join in with our weird and wonderful team culture
