Job description

The ideal candidate will be well versed in all socials and have some working knowledge of event planning. There is also some office admin work that we need your help with.

We are looking for a long term team member that will grow with us. Initially four days per week and then as we grow, so will the hours. This is a part-time role. Aprox 25-30 hrs per week.

Responsibilities

Growing our brand, franchisingwa.com.au

Assisting with event planning - conferences, meetings etc

Assist with marketing activities, updating of website content, newsletters, social media

Posting google ads, face book management and driving enquiries

Some graphic design works in creating banners

Content creation for our posts

Keeping our brand ‘top of mind’

Skills

Excellent organizational and office skills

Ability to use AI and Chatgbt for our works

Some graphic design skills in Adobe or Canva

Ability to work unsupervised

Computer savvy

Working knowledge of Electronic Newsletters

General office duties

Retail or Hospitality experience required
