About the Role

Location: North Ryde, NSW
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of HR
Employment Type: Part time (approx. 20 hours spread across multiple days)

As our Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things facilities-related at our Head Office and branches. You’ll ensure our workspaces are safe, efficient, and well-stocked, while also supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for building management and office services

Manage office supplies, branded merchandise, uniforms, and business cards

Coordinate carpark and locker allocations, access cards, and office security

Organise monthly morning teas and maintain first aid kits and stationery

Oversee courier services, mail-out supplies, and recycling programs

Support HR with general admin tasks and ad hoc projects

Ensure compliance with Kyocera’s WHS, QMS, ISMS, and EMS standards

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open environment
