In this role you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment
- Providing administrative support to the Manager Director
- Preparing reports and managing document control
- Delivering ad hoc administrative assistance to the sales and operations team
- Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
What experience will you have?
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be proactive and flexible in your approach with the ability to make informed decisions
- Previous experience in administration or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
