Are you a detail-oriented all-rounder with solid MYOB experience and a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re a small but fast-paced product design and manufacturing business in the automotive car care space, we manufacture the ECLIPSE brand for Repco, and we’re looking for a capable Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator to join us on a leave cover basis — with the potential to move into a permanent part-time role.

🔧 Your day-to-day will include:

Processing customer orders and freight bookings (DHL, SCT, sea/air freight)

Production and purchase planning based on stock and sales data

Liaising with local and international suppliers (Mandarin-speaking preferred)

Inventory control and coordination across multiple locations

Bookkeeping in MYOB: AP/AR, monthly reports, BAS, superannuation

Stocktake at warehouse (occasional)

Generating business insights and reports for management

Ensuring all data is secure and accurate

🧰 What you bring:

Strong MYOB and Microsoft Office skills

Experience with Cartoncloud and order booking software (highly regarded but not essential – we’ll train you)

Confidence managing financial tasks like P&L, BAS, and reconciliations

Experience in production planning, dispatch, freight booking, and supplier follow-up

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Detail-focused, self-motivated, and organised

Mandarin language skills (highly regarded but not essential)

Drivers licence
