Reporting to the Operations Director, we are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join us, to support our continued growth and service delivery.
This role is initially a 6-month contract with a view to permanent.
In this role, you will work closely with our operations team supporting them on the many tasks that go into what allows them to continually deliver at the level they do.
Whilst working closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams some of what your role will include:
Operational Support:
· Collaborate with managers on operational reporting and insights
· Attend weekly meeting, take minutes and track action items
· Support the operations and payroll teams with fortnightly timesheets
Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Post job vacancies and assist with resourcing efforts
· Coordinate new starter inductions across the support office and manager roles
Administrative Coordination:
· Manage office supplies, branded material and other office administration
· Coordinate travel bookings, licensing and telecommunications accounts
Events and communication support:
· Organise conferences and off-site meetings
· Maintain up-to-date organisational charts and contact lists
What you bring:
· Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
· A pro-active solutions-focused mindset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
· A genuine passion for supporting teams and driving efficiency
