We are a dynamic, fast-paced team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and seamless support to our Business Coaches. We’re seeking a Front Office Manager to take complete ownership of our front-of-house operations and facility management, keeping our office running like clockwork.
This is not a stepping-stone role — it’s for someone who lives and breathes office administration and wants to excel at it long-term. You’re the type who takes pride in being the go-to person for organisation, detail, and smooth operations. While you’ll work closely with other departments and gain exposure to Events, Marketing, and Operations, your core focus will always be keeping the front office and facilities performing at their best.
Based in our professional and friendly Maroochydore office on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll bring your wealth of experience to lead reception, streamline operations, and ensure our clients and team members have everything they need to succeed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Front Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office — the first impression for our clients and the quiet force that keeps everything humming.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House Excellence: Warmly welcome clients and guests, anticipating needs and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Operational Leadership & Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and facilities, including maintenance, safety, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a professional, well-presented environment.
High-Level Administration: Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation with accuracy and speed.
Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, organise meeting spaces, and assist with in-house event setups and catering.
Vendor & Supply Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure inventory is always at optimal levels.
Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to make systems smoother, faster, and better.
Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with other teams when needed, giving you insight into the wider business while staying firmly in your area of expertise.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an experienced administration professional who thrives on keeping things organised, accurate, and running efficiently. You’ve mastered your craft and want to stay in a role where you can excel — not constantly change direction.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Deeply Experienced: Proven background in senior administration and or office management.
Organised to the Core: Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
Proactive & Reliable: Anticipates needs, solves problems before they become issues, and can be counted on day in, day out.
A Communication Pro: Confident and professional with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Teams. AV knowledge is a plus.
Discreet & Professional: Trusted with sensitive information and respected for your integrity.
Client-Focused: Every interaction matters, and you always go the extra mile.
Excellent attention to detail and a knack for spotting what others miss.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other admin tools.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
A love of process, order, and keeping everything on track.
