What You'll Be Doing
Handling incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Scheduling and managing appointments for allied health practitioners.
Conducting virtual reception duties and responding to client enquiries promptly.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation using practice management systems.
Assisting with client onboarding processes and documentation.
Managing and coordinating office supplies and equipment requirements.
Supporting client feedback resolution and liaising effectively with clinical teams.
Who You Are
At least 2 years' experience in administration or reception, ideally within healthcare or allied health.
Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) with a client-focused approach.
Highly organised, capable of managing multiple calendars, appointments, and priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new practice management software.
Professional, discrete, and dedicated to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Self-motivated and able to thrive independently in a remote working environment.
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Check (within last three years)
NDIS Worker Screening Card
Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
