About the role
Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly capable Admin Manager to join their team in their Sunshine Coast Office. As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director and overall team.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all administrative functions and procedures for the business
Managing administrative staff and ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy
Implementing and maintaining effective office systems and processes to streamline workflows
Providing executive-level administrative support to the senior leadership team
Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (5+ years) in an administrative management role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team of administrative professionals
Familiarity with construction-specific software and systems would be highly regarded
