Your Role
As the go-to person for all things operational and administrative, you’ll be the central link between the Director, sales team, and clients. You’ll manage the day-to-day flow of the office, keep systems and processes running seamlessly, and provide first-class sales administration support to ensure the team can focus on what they do best.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business
- Provide end-to-end sales administration support, including contract preparation, compliance, and settlement coordination
- Manage staff onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
- Monitor KPIs and assist with performance reporting for the team
- Maintain internal systems, procedures, and compliance standards
- Organise internal meetings, events, and team activities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director
About You
- Proven experience in office management, sales administration, or operations within real estate
- Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Tech-savvy with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment
