The Role:

• Portfolio management for 120 properties end to end
• LOCAL portfolio to the office
• Leasing support
• NO trust accounting or BDM
• Supportive Head of Department & Directors

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Registration (essential).
• Previous real estate experience.
• Australian driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management.
• Outstanding telephone manner and focus on meticulous detail.
• Immaculate presentation.
