As the Procurement Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly and align with governance standards. You'll assist with documentation, reporting, supplier engagement, and administrative support-helping the team deliver efficient and compliant procurement outcomes.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Officer
  
• Assist the Governance Team with procurement-related compliance and reporting
  
• Maintain procurement documentation and records in line with policy
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement activities
  
• Support contract management and tender processes
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and governance practices
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational and communication skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  
• Experience in procurement, administration, or governance
  
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  
• Familiarity with public sector or local government processes is desirable
