Due to continued business expansion, they are seeking a switched-on Office Support person to join their Belmont based office and support their field-based team.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for someone steady, practical, warm, and organised, who thrives behind the scenes — keeping things ticking over, supporting the team across a variety of tasks, and making sure the office is tidy, and welcoming when the Field Agents return. You will be the one who keeps the office humming, and the team supported.
Responsibilities include:
Be the heart of the office — running the day-to-day admin and operations
Support our Field Agents while they are out on the road
Order and manage office supplies, uniforms, field gear
Organizing and book field agent travel and accommodation
Checking in with the Field team, making sure they have what they need, and are supported if issues arise
Perform weekly route planning for the field team, optimising their time on the road.
Skip tracing, of debtors, using a variety of online tools and internal systems
Investigate leads from employers, landlords, friends, or previous addresses to establish current details.
Provide updated information to the field team.
Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation and records
About you:
Solid experience in office administration
Prior experience in Collections, Skip tracing, Investigations, or a similar is a bonus (not essential)
Tech-savvy and confident with systems, Microsoft Office, including excel.
An eye for detail and a knack for finding what others can’t
Tenacity, resilience, and creative thinking
Approachable and down-to-earth – easy to talk to and good with people at all levels
Team-first attitude, with a natural instinct to check in, encourage, and support.
Able to travel to Melbourne or Brisbane for training

Hours:
Mon - Thurs: 10am - 7pm,
Friday: Shorter hours - (5.5 hours)
