About the Role
We are looking for a capable, people-focused individual to be part of our close-knit team — someone who can balance compassion, attention to detail, and proactive support in a fast-paced but rewarding environment. As our Trust Administration Officer, you’ll be a central contact point for our clients — assisting with trust-related applications, providing day-to-day support and information, and processing applications. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team and engage regularly with clients (predominantly by phone), but also via email and in person.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Responding promptly and respectfully to client enquiries
Assisting with the processing of applications and maintaining accurate records
Helping manage our client database and documentation
Providing general administrative and bookkeeping support during busy periods
About you
Key Attributes:
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
A calm and respectful manner, especially when supporting clients facing personal or financial challenges
Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Confidence in using IT - Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Previous experience in a client service, admin, or finance support role – ideally with First Nations clients
