Services Support Officer (SSO)

 Genus Industrial Services is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Services Support Officer to join our supportive, down-to-earth team.
In this role, you’ll support our HVAC and Electrical teams across major clients like Alcoa, Sino, Tianqi, Covalent, PTA, and others in the mining and resources sector. If you love variety, staying organised, and making things run smoothly — this one’s for you

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation for site teams
  • Book flights, accommodation, and manage travel logistics
  • Keep track of tickets and competencies — and arrange renewals
  • Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support tender and contract compliance documentation
  • Provide day-to-day admin support across the teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in admin, project support, or similar
  • Sharp attention to detail and top-notch organisation
  • Great communication and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to juggle tasks and work independently
  • Experience in construction, resources, or utilities (a plus!)
